ExperienceI believe that learning is something we continue for the rest of our lives and it never stops, even after we earn a degree. When working with students, I focus on what I call the four C's. I encourage them as to act as critical thinkers, work in a together in a collaborative environment, talk openly and freely, and use creative or unique problem solving to get the job done. I encourage my students to think in a way that lets their personality dictate the correct answer and not their level of education. It is my thought that as teacher and student we work together, acting more as a facilitator in the process.
I earned my master's degree in Creative Writing from New Mexico State University.
